Rockford Fosgate Power T600-4 Amplifier Review

Rockford Fosgate Power T600-4 is a powered car stereo amplifier that is designed to offer you excellent power for your woofers that would produce clear sounds. Rockford Fosgate is a well known company that deserves the reputation of building high quality mobile sound products. The new series of car stereo amplifiers T600-4 occupy top ratings in the amplifier chain as they have fine tuned car audio controls, great durability and proprietary technologies that offer strong and most reliable performance as compared to the other amplifiers. This power series of amplifier uses the patented Rock Fosgate award winning dynamic thermal management with a three stage cooling process that spreads the heat evenly across the amplifier.
Features
Cast Aluminum Heatsink: The Rockford Fosgate Power T600-4 amplifier being designed of cast aluminum heatsink, dispels the heat that is generated by the circuitry of the amplifier. The inbuilt advantage of the casting offers 30 percent improvement in cooling over the conventional extrusion of the heatsink designs.
Third Generation MEHSA: The MEHSA (Maximum Efficiency Heat Sink Application) is a proprietary process of Rockford Fosgate that enhances the heat transfer to the heatsink from the MOSET. This multi-layered insulated MEHSA metal substrate functions with minimal thermal resistance as it spreads heat both outward and downward to the quickly dissipate heat from each of the device across the heatsink. This lets immense power output, maximum reliability and enhanced thermal stability.
2/4 Channel Switch: This 2/4 channel switches charge the Rockford Fosgate Power T600-4 amplifier between 2 channel and 4 channel inputs. When you connect it to 2 channel mode, the amplifier would produce 4 channel output having connections to only the front channel inputs.
Protection and Power LEDs: You can find the LEDs on the top of the amplifier. When the amplifier is turned on, the blue power LED would illuminate. A Red LED would burn when the amplifier gets overheated. The yellow protect LED would illuminate if too low impedance is detected or during a short circuit.
