If you are looking to add a subwoofer or two to complete your existing sound system then the Profile AP1000 amplifier would be an affordable option as the designed speaker level input adapter would help you in easily connecting them to any setup.The Profile AP1000 car stereo amplifier is designed with a dual MOSFET power supply that offers more stable output. The external high speaker level to low line level converter feature of the amplifier allows you to join the unit to a receiver or an industrial radio without RCA preamp outputs. Once you have joint the speaker wires of the receiver to the speaker wires of the converter then it can be plugged into the RCA preamp output of the amplifier. The amplifier also features a couple of RCA line outputs that send unfiltered indication to the other amplifiers or other components without disturbing the signals.

The Profile AP1000 amplifier is designed with an in built variable low pass and high pass filters and each with a slop of nearly 12dB octave. The high pass filter is constantly variable from 80 Hz to 1.2 KHz, whereas the low pass filter is constantly variable from 50 Hz to 250 Hz. The three way switch allows you to configure the amplifier for full range, low pass or high pass operations. The amplifier includes three protection circuits, the short circuit, DC offset and the thermal protection. On the left side of the amplifier is the red LED that would glow to indicate that the amplifier has gone into the protection mode.
