For over two decades now, the market for post-factory audio and video has thrived under increasing demands for better and better technology. At some point during this time, you may think to yourself, ?How could anything get much better than it already is??

Let me introduce to you the Pioneer Premier Receivermodel DEH-P800PRS. It is designed in only audiophile-grade quality and material. If you?re looking for the best sound reproduction out of a standard DIN size receiver, this is your product. The unit features OEL (Organic Electro-Luminescent) display that stands out as stylish as well as very readable in broad daylight. In addition, the unit is capable of AAC, MP3, and WMA file format playback.

What makes the DEH-P800PRS great are its audio enhancement features. Whereas typical receivers feature a 3, 5, or a 7-band equalizer, the DEH-P800PRS features a dual 16-band graphic equalizer for both left and right channels! This means that you will be able to fine tune much smaller frequency ranges to ensure high-fidelity sound quality. It even has a digital sound processor with an automatic EQ tuning through the included tuning microphone. It features an automatic time/delay sound alignment, a listening position selector, and also a 3-way crossover system. Let?s not forget its 24-bit Burr Brown D/A converter, a high-quality converter that will greatly reduce signal loss.

Even the chassis is designed with performance in mind. It?s entirely copper plated for proper heat dissipation and sonic isolation that will maintain its high-fidelity purpose. It does come with 3 sets of 5 volt gold-plated preamp outputs and is even capable (with additional accessories) of receiving Satellite Radio, HD Radio, Bluetooth, USB, and iPod input sources.

The Pioneer DEH-P800PRS is definitely not just another ordinary single DIN receiver. It?s designed for audiophiles, by audiophiles.

  1. I like the look of the P800PRS.. very minimal and the dials look classy... But the features are quite impressive as well! Doesn't seem like a very powerful device on the exterior.
