The new AVH-P4900DVD is an in-dash DVD receiver designed by Pioneer that offers more quality video entertainment in your vehicle. You will now have total control over all your favorite CDs and movies through the wide 6.5? touchscreen display, whereas you will also find a number of add on features that are ready to create a multimedia system. You can also watch movies through the flip out screen when the vehicle is parked. The already fitted amplifier would add depth to your movie sounds while you can also tweak the sound further with the in built 3-band frequency and equalizer filters. The Pioneer AVH-P4900DVD is also designed to play WMA and MP3 files that are burned to CDs for added music entertainment.

The red or blue buttons can be used to illuminate the receiver accordingly to match the interior lights of your vehicle. When you are driving, just retract your touchscreen as the secondary control panel will offer you complete access to all the functions of the receiver. The Pioneer AVH-P4900DVD is designed to work perfectly with iPod adapter of Pioneer as it would also offer you control your music player with the touchscreen. An additional SIRIUS or XM satellite radio tuner can also be connected to enjoy a wide range of entertainment, sports and commercial free music channels.

The display can also be adjusted to a better angle for better visibility as it also slides backward and forward and you can choose from two slide options. The receiver being equipped with 50 watts amplifier controls the low distortion offering high power output. The unit also features an auto open close switch as it is the active display that will automatically open when you turn on the ignition switch. There are also other options included in the Pioneer AVH-P4900DVD as you can also connect a TV tuner and a rear view camera.
