MA Audio SY65C1 Subwoofer Review
Everyone wants to have a good music system in their car. It is common to find people driving around in their cars with their car stereos at maximum. Woofers play an important role in the overall sound of a car stereo. MA Audios SY65C1 component speakers bring in the added thrill that one requires while listening to music. The overall appearance of the component speakers is all muscle. It therefore turns out to be just that in terms of sound quality.
The 6.5 inch woofers with a set of 25 mm (1 inch) tweeters are like luminous bodies that have just landed in your car. The component comes with a manual and an accessory kit. When switched on, the SY65C1 component set reveals its true colors. As the songs played, the well rounded bass took shape instantly proving to be a steady entertainer at low frequencies. What came to notice were, the extreme and fine details in terms of sound quality. Not at one time did MA Audios SY65C1 component set flutter on low frequencies. The response never failed to deliver even when the volume was cranked up. Playing an assortment of Hip-Hop through the speakers just proved that this component was born to deliver.
As the music shifted from Hip-Hop to Rock The songs eventually got louder .The sweet sounding guitar solo on Gary Moore’s ‘Still got the Blues’ played smooth .The high notes came out beautifully through the tweeters, giving a clean balance between Bass, Guitar and Drums. Guitar parts of most bands sounded good. The high notes on the Fenders were a treat to listen. The tweeters sounded sweet to the ears as the high frequencies were bought to light.
