The included three band equalizer of the unit allows you to trim the lows, highs and mids to match the acoustics of your car and as per your listening preference.The JVC KD-G140 car receiver is designed with a front panel auxiliary input that lets you connect a portable audio source. You can connect your portable MD, MP3, cassette player to the stereo and listen to the audio from the portable audio source through your car speakers. The JVC KD-G140 car stereo can accept any CD, CD-RW, CD-R or CD ?Text music disc but this stereo would not accept any WMA or MP3 file playback. You can directly access your CD tracks from 1 to 12 by pushing the station?s preset buttons.

When you activate the preferred setting mode the unit will allow you to set the clock and choose the time zone along with the daylight saving theme. Apart from the manual bass, treble and midrange settings the unit also features six selectable preset tone controls along with super Bass setting combinations. You can also set the rear preamp output to connect to a speaker or to connect to a subwoofer. The JVC KD-G140 car receiver also comes supplied with a wireless remote control which contains attenuator, power, sound, tracking, and source and volume functions.
