The Jensen MP6612i cd player car stereo features a remarkable array of sources that includes SD cards and USB devices along with Bluetooth audio streaming and hands-free calling. This visually plain and inexpensive car stereo includes various features than any other pricey system could offer as it allows an easy to use manual for controlling all the features on your drive. The Jensen MP6612i is the best car stereo for those wanting to play digital audio formats in their cars.

Features

The Jensen MP6612i cd player car stereo has the capacity to handle various sources of AM/FM radio along with mp3 and CDs through generic supplementary input jack. The unit acts as the standard support for an audio with SD cards and a USB storage device through mekialink module. With the addition of a Jensen J-Link cable that is available for around $20 you can play your iPod without any problems. Apart from its media link connection source the Jensen MP6612i also features an inbuilt Bluetooth hands-free for your phone calls. Similar to the Sony products the Jensen MP6612i also supports the advanced audio distribution profile to remotely control the streaming of tracks from certain mobile phones like Nokia 5700. All the audio sources of Jensen MP6612i cd player car stereo play out through the built in amp that is 18 watts each channel and this can also be changed to the drivers liking with the complicated series of EQ settings. You can also set an external amp through the three sets of external sources.

Design

As you take the first glance of the Jensen MP6612i you would feel that it was made couple of years back. With no backlit lighting like the Sony products and with D-pads of recent stereo the Jensen MP6612i looks to be a combination of a single rotary dial that is surrounded with buttons and is matched with a row of hard buttons below the display. This system looks to be an old fashioned stereo. The display of the Jensen MP6612i is just neutral black on green LCD screen and it lacks contrast when it is the most needed in the sunlight.
