The large control knob on the Dual XDM6830 car receiver makes the volume and system adjustments an easy task. The large bright display of the car stereo would also make it easy to use the device. You just have to press a button that would get down the motorized face plate down to accept any disc format whereas the soft blue illumination would light up the hard control buttons.You can load up a CD-RW or CD-R disc with all your favorite WMA and MP3 sound tracks and just play them in the stereo without having to worry about the CD formats. The car stereo is being designed to play WMA and MP3 songs which have been loaded to a CD-RW or CD-R and apart from this the unit is also compatible with a MP3 ID3 tag with version 1.0.

The display of the unit can be set to either source display or in time display. When you set the display to source display the information showed will be CD track time, radio tuner frequency, selected WMA or MP3 information and the auxiliary would be displayed by default. When you set the display to time format the clock would be displayed by default, whereas the source information can also be accessed with the display button.

The Dual XDM6830 car receiver also features a rear mounted stereo RCA auxiliary input jack on the 5 inch pigtail. The car stereo is equipped with a iPlug feature which it the 39? interface cable which connects to any of your portable MP3 player like your iPod or any other portable devices to the auxiliary input of the receiver. This iPlug includes a dash mountable of 3.5 mm minijact which can be connected with the help of self tapping screws or adhesive pad. The unit also comes equipped with a dual wireless remote control to easily make the adjustments in the receiver.
