The Clarion VRX775VD has a clear bright screen with a looking glass. The looking glass does not have sticker marks of brands. The touch screen is sensitive and gives instant response on being touched. However there is a limit to the remote control and the display can not be customized other that the color.

The display quality of the system is great with a bright backlight that gives a crisp and clean display. This can in reality contradict its resolution which at times is not that great as one would have liked during video. The video color is a little off but on adjustment it is great. The touch screen is so sensitive that it does not need much pressure and the buttons are selectable easily and is taken to the right input area. The chance of dust gathering is less as compared to other devices with the same features. The quoting is slightly better than the other devices. The LCD glass used in this in-dash video is different.

An iPod can be connected to the device through an optional cable that is plugged into a CD charger. The iPod can be accessed through the control of touch screen. It is possible to scroll through play lists, artists, albums and any other things that are displayed on the iPod while accessing media. However, when the menu button is pressed, instead of taking backward one step at a time it takes to the main menu directly.
