The large rotary knob, 3? display and the button of the control module makes the tweaking of your processor much easier. There are also simple ways to equalize your settings, change crossover settings to improve speaker efficiency, enhance the focus of your bass frequencies and maximize your Dolby surround settings. The MediaXpander can also be engaged to fill out your sounds and get a clear bass output. The Alpine RUX-C701 also features a display that offers you a 31-band range analyzer.Features

The Alpine RUX-C701 being a control module for PXA-H701 Multimedia manager allows you to operate it with a stand alone unit. The controller features a 3? wide display along with a range analyzer of 31 band display. In addition to that you can also use the display to easily search through the setup menu. You can install the Alpine RUX-C701 into your vehicle in four different ways. They are in Flush mount, In-Dash “Euro-DIN” (Size E), Surface Mount or In-Dash “ISO-DIN” (Size I & J). The dimensions for the installation can be referred through the installation manual. The unit also features an automated time correction. With the help of the additional microphone the PXA-H701 can automatically finds the difference in the distance between each speaker apart from the subwoofer from a particular position of listening. The processor then applies a suitable time correction so that the sound from all the speakers reaches your position of listening at the same time. The Alpine RUX-C701 also allows you to mix the vocal guidance commands of the connected Alpine routing system with the output of PXA-H701. The Alpine RUX-C701 can also make adjustments to Graphic EQ, Crossover, Bass Focus, Bass Comp, Parametric EQ, MX (Media Xpander) and Dolby Surround.
