The Harman Kardon DP1US Drive plus Play control system lets you to incorporate an iPod that is equipped with dock connector to any of the car stereo. The system also includes a controller knob, hide away brain and a display.
Hide Away Brain: You can mount the brain anywhere in the car as it does not need to be accessed every time you play the music. There is also an FM modulator built into the brain that is operated wirelessly or you can as well wire the tuner with an adapter plugged into the antenna output jack. The brain also features a stereo mini jack line output to help you connect the radio to the auxiliary input.
Display: The display of the Harman Kardon DP1US shows the same information like your iPod display, but only bigger in a backlit in blue. All the control buttons are on the knob and so the display does not need to be touched and can be mounted anywhere in the car.
